“Great little tour. We had a very easy train ride in from Sorrento since we are the originating stop and had a choice of seats since we loaded up early. A two hour tour inside the ruins was just the right amount of time to hear some facts, learn some history, and get some perspective. It’s enormous And there’s no need to see it all, but it would also be hard to find your way around or find any meaning in it if you didn’t have some commentary, especially from a local. Gino’s dry sense of humor hit with the group well and kept us listening so it didn’t get…”

“We had a great time! Our guide Annalisa was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. I feel we had ample time to see the highlights of Pompeii even though you could spend days there. Lunch after Pompeii was fantastic and more than I expected. There was plenty of time at Vesuvius to take everything in, get some souvenirs for the kids, and enjoy some local wine. That is of course, if you are adequately conditioned. Anyone with difficulty hiking would not have enough time to enjoy everything.”
