We were able to skip the long lines and she had additional suggestions if we wanted to see more of Pompeii. Wear good comfortable shoes as the paths are quite uneven. and you may have to climb up a couple of steps.”

“Great little tour. We had a very easy train ride in from Sorrento since we are the originating stop and had a choice of seats since we loaded up early. A two hour tour inside the ruins was just the right amount of time to hear some facts, learn some history, and get some perspective. It’s enormous And there’s no need to see it all, but it would also be hard to find your way around or find any meaning in it if you didn’t have some commentary, especially from a local.
