There were 2 English speaking guides with us on the water so I felt very safe. The distance was very doable, not too far from Marina grande with a few little stops along the way to the cove beach. We were able to stop and swim for a good amount of time, maybe 30mins before heading back. I am not very fit and this was a very easy distance to do on calm Sorrento waters. I would highly recommend this activity.”
