“BEWARE! My fiancé and I recently had a terrible experience with this tour. After our trip got canceled due to weather, we were told we could switch the date by the operator. After doing so, they took more than 24hours each time to reply and felt like we were being ghosted at times. We ended up not going because of the lack of communication from them and trains breaking down and now they are being impossible with getting any type of refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I suggest using someone else .”
